When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, dates, destination, guest number and budget range. We use this information only to review your request and respond to it.

With your consent, we may share your enquiry with selected charter partners so that they can prepare a suitable shortlist or quotation. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about your enquiry at any time by writing to concierge@yacht.it. We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations.
